We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request assistance.

A quick tip for PVC posters: Please ensure you are viewing the front, glossy side. The image on the matte backing can sometimes appear faint or mirrored.

Our Hassle-Free Resolution Policy
We want to resolve any issues without creating extra work for you. In most cases where a refund or replacement is approved, you will not be required to ship the item back to us.
After our support team has worked with you and confirmed the solution, they will provide you with simple final instructions to complete the process.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your posters as soon as you receive them. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong one, contact us immediately by following the process above so we can resolve it for you.
Processing Your Refund
Once a refund is approved and finalized, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at support@vividish.com.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from any order within 14 days of receiving the last item, no questions asked.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item. We'll refund your full order amount, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice or the returned goods — whichever comes first. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom and personalised posters cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
